In his column, Guzzardi wrote:

 "Obviously, CNN's ratings will fall further into the pit. As controversial as Dobbs was, people watched. Suddenly, there's no audience. Too bad!"

According to the November Nielsen ratings, since Dobbs left CNN has suffered a 25 percent decline in viewers during his former time slot.

We knew it. No one will ever compare to Dobbs, a true American media hero.
