Now that a highly respected appellate attorney and a well-known former U.S Attorney for the SDNY have solid evidence that voting machines/computers can, indeed, be hacked and the vote rigged, and that industrial-scale vote fraud was committed via those backdoors, we need to update a Stalinism.

Old version, attributed to Stalin: "It's not who votes, it's who counts the votes."

New version, globalist edition: "It's not who votes, it's what counts the votes."
