Wednesday in Texas, Customs and Border Patrol arrested:

Lucas Morales-Perez, a Guatemalan . . . [who had been] was arrested by the Woodburn Police Department in 2017 for sexual assault. In 2018, the Marion County Circuit Court convicted Morales-Perez of three counts of 3rd Degree Rape and sentenced him to 120 days confinement and 60 months probation.

Thursday in Texas:

[A]gents . . . encountered a citizen of El Salvador [and illegal immigrant] . . . Records checks revealed that the 40 year old man, identified as Mario Salvador Mendoza-Rodriguez, was convicted of Lewd or Lascivious Act with a Child under 14 Years of Age in 2013. Mendoza-Rodriguez was sentenced to 72 months imprisonment.

Thursday in Maine:

Border Patrol agents received information from an off-duty warden with the Maine Warden Service regarding two suspicious subjects near a remote forested area . . . . Records checks through law enforcement databases and the National Crime Information Center confirmed the 21-year-old man as a convicted violent sex offender and fugitive from Virginia, with an extraditable warrant for failing to register as a sex offender. The woman had an active alert out of Virginia as a missing and endangered person.

Thursday in California:

U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the El Centro Sector arrested an illegal alien . . . . Records checks revealed that the man, a 41-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, has an active warrant for “Lewdness with a Child Under 14” and “Sexual Assault with a Child Under 14” out of Nye County, Nevada.

Additionally, the man was ordered removed from the United States by an immigration judge on March 18, 2004.
