Earlier: Will "Lia" Thomas' Reductio Ad Absurdum

There's a bad decision of transwomen (biological males like Lia Thomas) in women's sports.

Federal court declares it’s fair for biological males to compete in women’s sports

"Like the district court, we are unpersuaded, with respect to the claim for an injunction to alter records, that Plaintiffs have established the injury in fact and redressability requirements for standing; both fail for reasons of speculation."

By Libby Emmons, December 18, 2022

Reportage on this decision generally says the "court" decides, rather than naming the judges.

The decision [PDF] is signed by Judges Susan L. Carney, Denny Chin,  and Beth Robinson.

Denny Chin, who Wikipedia says is also known as  陳卓光, is an immigrant from Hong Kong, who came to the US when he was 2, and did his "The Old Ones of Chinatown: A Study of the Elderly Chinese" is an Obama appointee.

So is Susan L. Carney.

Beth Robinson is a Biden appointee and is, according to Wikipedia "the first openly lesbian judge to serve on any Circuit Court." ("Openly" means that the kind of woman who becomes a judge is frequently somewhat mannish—Susan Carney above, has never married, and Elena Kagan has officially denied being a lesbian.)

A report on Robinson points out that she's a famous lesbian activist:

Beth Robinson, a Vermont Supreme Court judge who served as co-counsel in the country’s first case to establish that LGBTQ+ couples deserve the same legal protections afforded to straight married couples, was confirmed by a 51-45 Senate vote on Monday as President Joe Biden’s nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

Robinson is the first out LGBTQ+ woman to serve on a federal appeals court, following the appointment of Judge Todd Michael Hughes in 2013 — the first LGBTQ+ person to hold such a position. Experts say that her confirmation is a historic moment that should be celebrated, but it also signals that much more LGBTQ+ representation is needed in the country’s federal judiciary.

Senate confirms Beth Robinson as the first out LGBTQ+ woman to serve on a federal appeals court, The 19th, by Orion Rummler, November 1, 2021

This is Steve Sailer's Coalition of the Fringes in action—biological males in womens' sports are bad for women and lesbians in particular, but it's more important  to rule against Normal-Americans.
