One question is: How much do looters loot from each other? Do rioters have John Wick-type honor among thieves codes? Or is it just Hobbesian chaos out there?

Or is the reason that this kind of footage has been fairly rare so far is because looters have been targeting fashion goods, such as shoes, where size and style are very personal questions?
