On May 3, Customs and Border Patrol agents apprehended 29-year-old Guatemalan Ramiro Estuhardy Aguilar-Lopez. Lopez had been previously deported from the United States just last year. Lopez was apprehended while traveling across the border in a group of 22 other illegals.
