On the heels of the welfare reform bill enacted by Washington, illegal immigrants may no longer be entitled to government cash benefits, food services, job training, etc., but they will have health care. As an additon, the government encouraged citizens to report illegal immigrants to ICE. Mayor Guliani vowed to challenge the bill and to not report illegal immigrants. Juan Figueroa flawlessly ignores the fact that consitutional protections are designed for citizens of the United States, and implies that it is an issue of human rights not to extend constitutional rights to illegal immigrants.  Peter calls Juan out for his reluctance to awknowledge mass immigration, both legal and illegal, and Juan insists Peter must just be asking to just see "white immigrants" coming into America.
