The lawsuit was is in response to a conference we scheduled in at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in in Colorado being cancelled after Mayor Suthers of Colorado Springs issued a statement saying “The City of Colorado Springs will not provide any support or resources to this event…” which would deny us police protection against Antifa.
