The Biden Regime recently awarded a contract to a radical left-wing open borders non-profit, the Vera Institute Of Justice, Inc., to provide legal representation to illegal alien minors in open violation of Federal law. The Biden Regime does not consider itself bound by either the law or by the Constitution. The Biden Regime is just that, an illegal and unconstitutional occupation of the Executive Branch of the United States. The Biden Regime came into power through massive vote fraud and is in a mad race to flood the nation with illegal aliens before the midterm elections, in essence to elect a new people before Biden resigns, dies, or is removed because of his declining mental health. The nation busters know that they will lose the midterm elections and likely the 2024 Presidential race. The writing is on the wall: Joe Biden is quickly declining into senility and Kamala Harris is the most unpopular Vice President ever. Along with the Deep State, they are racing to elect a new people, to ensure the replacement of the white population of the United States with non-white illegal aliens over the long term. With 40 million or more illegal aliens likely to be in the United States by 2024, many on the path to citizenship under illegal amnesties, this is the long term plan to make 2024 the last hurrah of any chance of removal of any significant amount of illegal aliens.

The Vera Institute is a partisan lobbying and political organization masquerading as a non-profit with a radical open borders advocacy, openly lobbying against the enforcement of the immigration laws of the United States. The Vera Institute advocates for and provides free legal services for illegal aliens, and brags that it lobbies for and provides such legal services for illegal aliens paid for by the Federal government, state governments, and local governments. It openly lobbies for open borders legislation, such as universal free legal services for all illegal aliens.

The Vera Institute’s most flagrant illegality is that it lobbies for contract awards from the Federal government, specifically the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to provide legal representation for illegal aliens in deportation proceedings. The Vera Institute just received another such contract for deportation defense from the Biden Regime.

A left-wing nonprofit working to end mass incarceration landed a $171.7 million taxpayer-funded government contract that could potentially hit $1 billion to help unaccompanied minors avoid deportation, Fox News Digital has discovered.

The Vera Institute of Justice, a New York-based group that supports defunding police and views immigration enforcement agencies as a “threat” to civil liberties, was awarded a Health and Human Services-funded contract in March to provide legal assistance to unaccompanied minors, according to a federal database.

Ostensibly, these contracts are awarded to train illegal aliens about the removal process so they can represent themselves and not clog up the courts with specious claims not based in the law or procedure in the immigration courts. Such programs are supposedly only for adult illegal aliens, but in the case of minors, attorneys are not training the minors on the procedure, but actually representing the alien minors before the Executive Office For Immigration Review (EOIR), which the Vera Institute openly admits, if not brags about. It even admits that it provides attorneys for adult illegal aliens, not just advice on the process.

Vera’s work builds on 15 years of experience pioneering universal representation programs, notably with the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project (NYIFUP) and at the federal level for certain adults and unaccompanied children. In 2017, Vera launched the SAFE (Safety & Fairness for Everyone) Network to accelerate the expansion of universal representation programs across the country. Since then, Vera has partnered with 23 jurisdictions, growing the number of publicly-funded deportation defense programs to more than 50 jurisdictions funding deportation defense across 21 states.

Such programs are illegal for the Federal government to fund, as Federal law prohibits representation in deportation proceedings at the expense of the government.

In any removal proceedings before an immigration judge and in any appeal proceedings before the Attorney General from any such removal proceedings, the person concerned shall have the privilege of being represented (at no expense to the Government) by such counsel, authorized to practice in such proceedings, as he shall choose.

Whether it is creating amnesties for illegal aliens, illegally failing to enforce the law, or simple non-feasance, the Biden Regime is always taking some action on behalf of illegal aliens, and always in contravention of the law and Biden’s Constitutional duty to see that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed. Impeachment is only the first step, arrest and prosecution should be the first priority of the next President. Make an example of the Deep State bureaucrats who initiated this contract, starting with the contracting officer who is administering this contract to the Secretary of HHS, Xavier Becerra, and Biden himself.
