After initially charging Matthew Dolloff with second-degree murder, Progressive Prosecutor Beth McCann has now magically determined that she is not able to prove Dolloff’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Dolloff is the radical leftist shooter behind the death of Colorado patriot and hat-maker Lee Keltner, who killed Keltner while fraudulently and illegally posing as a “security guard” for liberal local news station 9News.
The shooting took place after a questionable interaction with BLM Agitator Jeremiah Elliot, who instigated a confrontation with Keltner which sparked Matthew Dolloff’s involvement in the altercation. We covered this set-up in more depth in a previous video.
Prosecutor McCann will now move to drop all of Dolloff’s charges, news that left Keltner’s immediate family members devastated, and witnesses in disbelief:
Witnesses to the killing have made themselves available to the DA’s office. However, Beth McCann has refused to hear from them.
